Hello Friends! I am Alina Sheikh, this is my New blog which I am sharing with you. I am a student My Daily life routine is very very difficult, if you want to know about my daily routine, then read my blog daily. So here we start our daily routine.
Today, I  want to share some "Fitness tips" with you. 
           

Before telling about Fitness tips, all people need some motivation / inspiration to follow Fitness tips. Akshay Kumar is my Favourite Actor. I watch all the movies of Akshay Kumar. I daily Research about his Routine, Style & Fitness. He always inspire me. 

Many people wishing they could get a sculpted body from  watching TV & eating junk food all day but that is just not going to happen. Even though getting in shape sounds like wasting of time process & the effort put towards being in shape has many positive effects (n) . If you want to start your journey to having a better body or better body shape  to feel great, then here are some Fitness tips:

Do Exercise Daily:
Exercise daily for at least an hour, if you are starting this routine for First time so do exercise half hour, then increase time day by day. You do not have to kill yourself from jogging, running, extra but you should have some sort of moderate physical activity in your everyday life. During your workout make sure you're not in severe pain . Just a warning your body, your muscles will ache after a high intensity workout. It may be irritating (for you) but that means your body is changing for the better (n). To stay hydrated, eat foods & stretch, with a decent amount of protein after each workout. The protein will help keep your muscles / body, not fat, rebuilding (n).

Eat the Right Foods & Portion Each Meal:
How bad your stomach is telling you to go for candies over healthy food.  Sugar from candy will not help you get in shape so try to stay away from sweets. Vegetables & Fruits  are the best thing to eat when getting into shape. For example, Apples do a good job at making the stomach feel full for up to 2 to 4 hours. Green vegetables such as broccoli & green beans keep the digestive system clean and running (n).

To Get Sleep:
Even though most of us have 8 hours work jobs during the day or night, it is crucial to get enough sleep to recharge the body's batteries. 7 to 8 hours of sleep will keep your body going throughout the day (n).

Stay Motivated / inspire:
An important key to being in shape is to set your goals & keep a positive mindset. If you stay positive or positive mindset then you will be able to push yourself to get that fit body you've always wanted. If want positive mindset then make someone ideal who always motivate you in Life (n). 
I motivate many peoples. I lose my 10 kg weight by doing daily exercise.
