Hello Friends! I am Alina Sheikh, this is my blog which I am sharing with you. My daily life routine is very very difficult, if you want to know about my daily routine, then read my blog daily. So here we start our daily routine.

I always tell you about important topics. Today, we will talk about "Stop wasting Time".
Do you find yourself that you spending a long time on social media, your phone or phone games like pubg extra , or checking what’s in the refrigerator? If you even know that those activities are useless and a waste of time (n). Yet, you cannot help yourself.


I had the same habit sometimes I wasted only 3 minutes and at times 3 hours.

Why People waste time / Procrastinate there are Reasons: 

1). Fear of Failure

2).Low Energy

3).Lack of Vision



As human beings like to take the path of least resistance (n).

In simple words, when you have multiple paths which lead to a destination / target goal, you tend to choose the easiest one. Similarly, when we have a choice between working on a task (work) vs wasting time, we choose to waste time because it is easier. The chances of wasting time increase if you dislike the task (work) at hand or find it boring.  If you have a task / any work in an area you love, you do not waste time as much (n).

Hundreds of experiments, wasting more time to find ways to save time, So here are the ways which helped me stop wasting time. Maybe they will help you too. Each person has a different ways of wasting time. So some of these tips might work for you or a some may not.

Ways to Stop Wasting your Time and (n) become More Productive:
    
1. Recognize instances when you delay / postpone your own tasks on purpose.
2. Create a schedule / Time table .
3. Create personal goals / destination or deadlines.
4. Take action as you go.
5. Put away all distractions.

The more you stay around people / society and scenarios which lead to small talk, useless conversations & then random gossip, the more you will end up wasting time. People will speak loudly,  crack jokes, answer calls on their phone, drop a bottle,  ask you unnecessary questions & more.  As much as possible you stay away from an environment that facilitates distractions. 

You don't have to isolate yourself from the rest of the world like a prisoner in an isolated cell. As possible stay away from the commotion. Using empty rooms while doing important work. Using an earphone (even without any music) which blocks people from bothering you for no reason. You can also cultivate a habit of asking people to not disturb you for a certain like 8 AM to 10:30 AM every day.

Every workplace, job role, or a culture has a different working style. What you can to do reduce scenarios that lead to distractions. Working among distractions is like many people talking at the same time in the meeting. Nothing good comes out of it.

Despite all the things which can cause us to waste time it is within our power to transform this habit into positive (n).  In the end, beating procrastination involves taking actions. No one has ever procrastinated their way to success  the goal , so taking responsibility & getting to work (the task)  is ultimately the only thing you can do to get ahead of this habit.
