My Daily Routine ✨ How I stay productive and motivated
hey guys so in today's
blogpost i'm getting to share my daily routine with you all and
i am getting to show you what i do from the time that i awaken to
the time that i'm going to sleep and the way i structure my
day to be as productive and motivated as possible i even have a touch gift

i've stopped awakening at 5 a.m and trying to be a morning person
because i've realized that it only makes me tired and sleepy for the whole day
so now i usually awaken at around 7: 30 because that's once I feel the
foremost energized within the morning on some days i just awaken and
i am so able to start my day that i practically leap out of
bed but on other days whenever i want a touch longer before
i start my day i'll usually sit in bed and continue my phone but i do
have a rule here i never consume anything that's negative within the morning like reading
the news or happening twitter instead i prefer to read
inspirational things so i'll continue pinterest read some quotes
or check out mood boards and sometimes i even visit positivity
accounts on instagram and after about 10 minutes approximately of
browsing i'll usually be able to start my day so i'll rise up and
therefore the very first thing i prefer to try to to is activate some
uplifting because i just want to start out my day with good vibes
if you recognize what i mean and while i'm jamming bent my
favorite songs i'll start making my bed after my bed is formed it's time
for my morning workout so i'll usually do one or two workout videos by chloe

just plow ahead and begin the primary task on the
list which just about wraps up my morning routine then i
do not really have a selected schedule or routine of things
because on some days I even have online classes on other days I
even have to attend classes in class and on the weekends i
do not have classes in the least so my schedule just about changes a
day there's not a selected thing that I do at a selected time
however there are a couple of things that i do a day and one
among them is that whenever i study i prefer to line a
timer for about 45 minutes because i found that that is the optimal
amount of your time on behalf of me to find out new things
and focus but not get too tired and whenever i'm doing other kind of work that
does not really require learning new things or memorizing i'll set a timer
for an hour and 20 minutes because that provides me enough time to
focus and not be interrupted but also it isn't too long to the
purpose where i buy really tired after my timer pops i in
fact wish to take an opportunity so um my break lasts
usually anywhere from 10 minutes to twenty minutes during my
breaks i prefer attempt to to|to try and do">to try to
