In Toolbox Meeting, in which we
arrange the meeting to start work. In which meeting we provide information to
our employees about how to escape (to overcome) any kind of hazards.
Planning for health & safety:
- Planning is the key to ensuring (to knowing) about health and safety.
- Arrangements really work.
- It helps you think throw, the action you have set.
- How they will happen in practice.
Description:
What you want to achieve? How will you ensure that your employees and others are kept healthy and safe at work? How will you decide what might cause harm to people and whether you are doing enough or need to do more to prevent that harm? How will you prioritizes the improvements, we need to make? How will you be responsible for health and safety tasks? What they should do and when and with what result?

the health safety is an integral part of organization business performance.”
Question: How can the health & safety system be monitored?
There are 2 parts to monitoring the health & safety system:
- 1. Active monitoring
- 2. Reactive monitoring

Active Monitoring:
An organization that investigates any emergency situation. And gathers evidence of any unexpected
occurrence. Active monitoring in any
organization to improve the performance of your business. Is called active monitoring.
IMPORTANT
POINTS:
Ø The data
collected as a result of the monitoring done by the organization to the worker
of your organization in order to restore the reputation of the organization.
- Ø Step-by-step
testing of safety & health records.
- Ø Complete
phase-by-phase installation of plant and machinery.
- Ø Labeling to identify chemicals to improve the environment.

Reactive Monitoring:
An internal reporting system for all accidents should encourage an open and participatory approach to reporting (of ill-health cases) and safety and health-compliance areas for bodies other than management. And a system should be put in place to ensure that reporting requirements are met. Is called reactive monitoring.
